Shipping Policy
Shipping time
Once an order is placed it shall be processed the same day and dispatched the next day. A product will take anywhere from 1 to 7 days to reach after ordering.
No shipping charges will be applied on any order PAN India. You pay what you see.
We do not offer international shipping yet.
Shipping partners
Silver Bezel uses 3rd party delivery partners to deliver your product to you, safely packed. If a customer wishes to receive their product through a specific delivery partner he can contact customer support.
Return policy
Product once sold is are eligible for return or replacement within 15 days of being delivered. However if the product has been cut or damaged intentionally the 15 days return or replacement is not applicable.
To initiate a return simply Email us at silverbezel.contact@gmail.com requesting a return. You can also whatsapp us at +91 9711033055. Once a return request is made, our executive will reach out to the customer with in 24 hours initiating the procedure.
Once the return procedure starts and we receive the returned item, it will be checked for damage. If found in acceptable condition the amount shall be refunded with in the next 48 hours to the customer
